Note: I've heard different ways to play a particular
      chord on this song.Some have said that a D/F#
      is the proper chord in the progression but I
      hear a Bm.I'll use D/F# and let the reader
      decide if they want to susbstitute a Bm instead.
      Sometimes I think an Em substitutes for a Cmaj7
      too but that's just my opinion.
